🚨 Your child needs you to see the signs.

Do You Recognize Any of These?

🔹

Maybe your child isn’t themselves anymore

- moody, anxious or shutting down. They’ve lost interest in things they once loved and no matter what you do, they seem to be slipping further away.

🔹

Possibly your home feels like a battlefield

- constant arguments, frustration and emotional outbursts. You’re walking on eggshells, unsure if you’re helping or making things worse.

🔹

Perhaps your child is struggling at school

- unable to focus, falling behind or having trouble with friends. Their emotions seem out of control and you feel helpless watching them struggle.

Even minor sports falls, head bumps or ongoing school and social stress can silently disrupt brain function -

triggering emotional outbursts, anxiety and focus struggles. These changes might not be just a phase,

and you don’t have to face them alone.

What If You Could Turn Things Around?

🔹

Imagine your child finding their spark again -

laughing, engaging and feeling more like themselves. They’re calmer, more confident and reconnecting with the things they love.

🔹

Picture a home that feels peaceful again -

fewer arguments, more understanding and a stronger bond between you and your child.

🔹

Visualize your child thriving -

doing better at school, building strong friendships and feeling more in control of their emotions with you guiding them with confidence.

About me

I’m Margaret Vuijk

Author & Speaker

My journey started in TV and media, where I spent years telling powerful stories. Then, life handed me a story of my own, one I never expected.

After multiple concussions, my world changed overnight. I faced anxiety, mood swings, and focus struggles, without realizing their root cause. But the challenges went far beyond that. I had to relearn how to speak so people could understand me, how to read, how to use my right hand again and even how to walk without losing balance. I battled depression, chronic headaches, sound and light sensitivity, and the daily struggles of living with chronic whiplash. The world that once made sense felt overwhelming and unfamiliar. I was trapped in a cycle of therapies and doctor's visits and no one could help me. It took me years to get where I am now.

This journey opened my eyes to how little support and awareness exist for brain injuries, especially for families.

I also know, from first hand experience how exhausting it is to watch a child go through the same struggles, feeling lost and unsure how to help. That’s why I spent over 9 years studying what influences human health, how deeply stuck emotions and past experiences shape our well-being, and how we can reset and rewire the brain for better performance, emotional balance and resilience.

Now, I help parents understand the hidden link between brain health, emotions and behavior. My mission is to give families the clarity, confidence and support I wish I had, so they don’t have to go through this alone.

Most parents don’t realize that trouble sleeping, headaches, neck pain, anxiety, mood swings, loss of appetite,

trouble at school, focus issues, brain fog, sensitivity to light or sound and even sudden emotional outbursts can all be connected.

These aren’t just random struggles, they can be signs of brain stress caused by a concussion, emotional overload or chronic stress.

I’m offering this 4-week course to help parents connect the dots and recognize the hidden impact

of concussions and brain stress on their child’s mood, behavior, and development. As a survivor of multiple mild

brain injuries, I know how easily these signs get overlooked and how life-changing it is to finally understand them.

This knowledge could change everything for your child.

By the End of This Course, You Will:

Recognize what’s truly behind your child’s anxiety and mood swings.

Spot early warning signs and know when immediate action is needed.

Feel in control instead of second-guessing what’s going on.

Help your child regulate emotions and create a more stable home environment.
